have an ax3000 router which connected to the internet and produces a good wifi - have a large house and bought the whole home powerline mesh wifi6 system - the system  simply won't connect to the router with the ethernet cable - keeps saying no ethernet connection detected!!!!

Changed ethernet cables, changed  ports, rebooted unit, updated firmware.

What's going wrong?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Is the " whole home powerline mesh Wi-Fi 6 system" Deco PX50?

Have you tried to leave the Ethernet cable unplugged at the beginning of the setup, then plug the cable in until the error messages pop up, "no Ethernet connection detected"?

How about the model number of the "ax3000 router"? is it Archer AX3000?

It is also recommended to reach out to our live support for the step-by-step instruction guide:

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
