No LAN/Intranet when internet drops - DECO BE25
Networking Setup
1Nos - Deco BE25 in Router mode
1Nos - ISP Router
1Nos - Desktop
Deco BE25 v1 1.1.0 Build 20250718 Rel. 40387
ISP Router -> Deco BE25 (Dynamic IP) - ETH Port 1
Deco BE25 -> Desktop - ETH Port 2
As soon as the internet drop ethernet port 2 stops working which is every surprising as Intranet should keep working. Never have I ever faced a similar issue with any other deco series products. Please guide & help resolve the issue!

Hi, can I have the model number of the ISP router?
When the internet dropped, would there still be an IPV4 address on the Deco App>More>Internet Connection>IPV4?

Ubiquiti UCG-Ultra Cloud Gateway
When the internet dropped, would there still be an IPV4 address on the Deco App>More>Internet Connection>IPV4?
Two scenarios here
- when connecting to router directly the IP will be there
- however I also did a unplug test - in that case the Intranet should work - problem is the dynamic WAN port detection
will send email too .. do you have any beta firmware which I can test to patch this issue?

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.
There hasn't been a beta firmware that allows fixing the WAN port on the Deco BE25.
For your situation, as long as the main Deco BE25 is physically connected to the Ubiquiti UCG-Ultra Cloud Gateway, the connected port would be the WAN port, as the DHCP server on Ubiquiti UCG-Ultra Cloud Gateway should continue assigning an IP address to Deco even though there is no internet access.
