Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

Hello,

We currently have a M5V3 mesh network (5 units) but get very poor signal in a few rooms located furthest from the router. We're thinking of buying 3 X50 or XE75 units to strengthen the signal to these rooms.

Would this work best if the X50/XE75 units are placed closest to the router with the M5s furthest away?

Suggestions welcome!

Many thanks

Hi, both Deco X50 and Deco XE75 work well with Deco M5.

Can different Deco models work together?

Will all the satellite Deco units use WiFi Backhaul into the Mesh system? Any chance for an Ethernet cable connection?

If the whole house is under the same electric service meter, Deco PX50 is also a good choice.
