Deco app is crashing my deco router
Having a problem with my router were. sometimes when i do something in the app the main router deco x60 is hard rebooting. do you know what that can be caused. cuz when i do not use the app as i dont need to it is completly fine. glad to get a response. about this issue.?

Have you observed any LED changes during the hard reboot?
By the way, if you check the hardware version on the bottom product label, can you see something like V3.0/3.2/4.2?

@Addepade08 My version number is v3 and yes i do see a orange / yellow light when it hard reboots.

@Addepade08 I get the same on X60 v3.2 latest firmware 1.4.0 20241212 - when refreshing devices usually.

@GGJB - I've been trying this firmware from this thread : https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/833844?sortDir=ASC&page=1 BUILD 20250805. Will let you know if I get any crashes.
