Hi, I'm using two H200 hub with 3 C420 cameras connected to the first and 1 camera connected to the second.


All going well for more than 2 years, yesterday I noticed cameras were ringing alarm when capturing people even though alarms were switched off.

 

I have tried to reset the cameras and then they stop to ring alarm with the alarms switched off but I reaslised the hub wasn't responding normally.

Camera were not working with no possibility to see the video from them even tough they were connected to the Hubs.
I couldn't see any recordings and the cameras showed connected but I couldn't view them. I powered the hub off/on, no good. Powered off and left for a while but still no good after restarting. Hub showed green LED but was still unresponsive. 

My internet (and wifi) was rock solid and working normally on other devices so I didn't want to reboot that, instead I just turned the wifi off/on and this time the hub and cameras but still the same problem.

What error did you receive when trying to watch the videos? Please share a screenshot here. Can you watch the live stream?

 

Check the signal strength (Device Settings > Device Info, click the WiFi icon of the "Signal Strength" to show the RSSI rate.) of the camera. If the signal is too weak, move it closer to the hub.
