Hi,
I don't know why TP-Link posted that particular firmware version now, but going from a higher major version number to a lower major version number is blocked on most of TP-Link's router models.
What I mean is that once you are on a version 1.1.x you cannot easily go back to a 1.0.x firmware version. (the date of the firmware doesn't matter, it could be anything)

Hello @AF63 ,
As far as I know, firmware version 1.1.1 already includes all the new features and fixes of 1.0.10.
Therefore, you can ignore the firmware update notification for version 1.0.10.
