Can’t select network with Homeshield security+ (deco XE75)
I subscribed The Homeshield security + and get an error 11940 when selecting the network. My deco xe75 has the latest firmware.
what am I doing wrong?

Were you able to select the correct network before, or is this the first time that you subscribed to the Homeshield security +?
Please follow this FAQ to submit the Deco App log, and our engineering team will check and provide a solution as soon as possible.
When submitting the app log via email, please add [Forum Escalation][ID 852938] Can’t select network with Homeshield security+ (deco XE75) to the subject for better visibility.

Having the same error..I have the parent one for a year now and added the security+ but it gives me the error when selecting my network
Is it possible this is due to TPLink no longer supporting the 75v2 ?

Please check my previous response to ArnaudM79 and send the App log to our support engineers for further investigation.
