Different wifi names on different devices
I have a Deco M4R (I tried entering the model name, but the system didn't recognize it). On my phone and tablet (Android) I see the network "Name" and on my PC computer I see the network "Name 2". On my Deco app I just see the network "Name". Why do I see two differently named wifi networks on different devices? I suspect this is making it difficult for my PC and phone to connect.

Hi, can I have the firmware version of your Deco M4?
M4R is the model number for a single unit, while Deco M4 is the model for the whole pack.
Is the PC the only device that detects "Name 2"？
How about the model number of the PC?
Would it help to forget this network and restart the PC once?

I'm not sure which number is the firmware.
On the label it says:
Model: Deco M4R(US) Ver: 2.0
S/N: 22443P5A03636
MAC: D8-44-89-A7-4B-B0
SSID: Deco_4BB0
We have 2 PC computers and they both detect Name 2
One PC is a Microsoft Suface Laptop Studio and the other is a Microsoft Surface Laptop.
We have 2 Samsung phones and 2 Samsung tablets and they all detect Name
Note that none of these devices sees the other named network.
I tried forgetting and restarting. No, it didn't work.

@vnams Deco_4BB0 is a default name and you have to do the setup from Deco App first.

I'm puzzled. I did set up the network using the Deco App. When I check the Deco App it shows me only one network name (the one that my cell phone sees). But my computer only sees Name 2.

Hi, would restarting the Deco mesh network once make any difference?
Have you enabled the "Guest Network" or "IOT Network"?
By the way, I noticed you had the Deco for a while. Did the issue start recently?
As they are both Microsoft Surface Laptops, it is also recommended to check whether there are any newer wireless drivers available for update.
