Can anyone help with this issue. I'm new to the Deco system. My Deco BE65 has been set up and I've created profiles for each family member and assigned everyone's devices accordingly. My issue is with Roblox which seems to be blocked under the kids profile. However, when I remove the device from their profile it works fine. I have checked the web filtering on their profiles and enabled gaming but this doesn't seem to work. The game partially loads but most images etc are missing. I don't subscribe to the advanced parental controls so all the extra blocking options aren't applicable.
