Hi there so my ISP is upgrading us to their 2000 speed fibre soon from 1000 speed and i need a node/mesh for my bedroom so pc can connect to it via ethernet as wifi is only getting 200 on my pc they will be sending us the be810 (19000 i think it is) router end of the month

instead of me paying them extra for a node a month i bought a deco BE3600 off amazon which i want to use for my pc as the node

i thought i would just try installing it now so removed the spare 9300 i was paying the isp for as the mesh node and plugged it in for the app not to find it BUT i realised when the isp came out before the app they set the main 9300 router up with was the Aginet app which i have. when they later sent the extra mesh node as i realised i needed it i just plugged it in and the aginet found it and was done right away.

but i found this BE3600 is not on the Aginet compatability list. so i downloaded the Deco app and it picked up the 3600 right away but its asking me to connect to main router via ethernet which i can not and need it conencting via wifi

is this because i need to set up the main router again but in the deco app? as its not set up in that as its in the other app?
