I have several T315 temperature units connected to a H100 hub. When I am on the same local LAN (via WiFi) in my house, I can see the current temperature and humidity and todays graph. When i go to View All I see today's graph only and on the month and year there it says no data yet, this has been running for months. So even in the same LAN data is missing. When I then go away from home on my mobile providers network I only see the current values and no graphs at all. I can think of some possiblilities but don't have enough info to troubleshoot. The internet router (via fibre) is a mini PC running PFSense community edition and also the internet provider says it has some sort of port filtering enabled by default. 

So I do not know how or where the graph data is held or what ports the H100 hub uses to get it to an internet location.
