@Matthias_Q ,

Have you tried a hard reset? Press and hold the button until the LED blinks to reset the router to its factory default settings.

 

If the LED status is still abnormal, please contact Local Technical Support with your test results for further assistance.

Hi, tank you for your answer.

 

Yes, i did a hard reset several times. There is still no possibility to configure the BE800. I contacted the technical support two days ago and await an answer.

Good to see that there is a new firmware for the BE800 for EasyMesh! Wondering when will something similar be released for the BE805, the other GE routers [GE550, GE800 ] and extenders like the RE655BE for EasyMesh R3 and MLO backhaul. I assume it is more difficult as the BE550 only has 2 WiFi 7 bands so making it easier to develop where else the BE800 & 805 are tri-band and there's many MLO combination. 

 

@Matthias_Q Any update regarding your BE800? Has it been solved?
