After receiving the email to reset the password the unit is not functioning. The unit always go to RED.

-Did you reset the password of the TP-Link email account?
When Deco X20-4G turned red, would a power restart temporarily restore the internet connection?
If possible, it is also recommended to test the 4G router with another SIM card.
