Deco M4 in AP mode suddenly crashing router/network
Hi everyone. Since a couple of days my network setup with Deco M4's has started acting up and I’m struggling to pin down why. Nothing obvious changed, but the Decos and/or my router now suddenly start “crashing” (network freezes and router and deco reboot/freeze). My Decos are running in Access Point mode.
What makes this confusing is that my router and the rest of the network seem completely stable when the Decos are not involved. If I unplug the Decos and run only the router, everything works normally. As soon as I connect the Decos again, the instability returns. That’s why I’m wondering if this is either a Deco issue, or a specific interaction between the Decos and my router or network settings.
I’m looking for ideas on how to properly diagnose this instead of randomly changing settings. What are the best checks to run to figure out where this is suddenly comming from. If it helps, I can also look at logs around the time it crashes, but I’m not sure what to look for.
