Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20251209

My Archer BE550 got upgraded yesterday to version 1.2.2 Build 20251209 rel.57736(4555). Since then, my LAN connections are not working anymore ( 1 Windows 11, 1 Mac, 1 TV).

 

Sometimes I manage to make it work by powering off/on. The connection with the router is fine, but the browser keeps waiting forever to load the web pages. The wifi connections are fine.

 

I rely on the LAN connection for my work, so this issue is critical for me.

Exactly the same here with the 1.2.2 update, very annoying because I also need internet for my work, I could not do anything on my computer today

Same here, All LAN connections have no internet. Only wifi has Internet access

Exactly the same has happened to mine and it wont install the backup firmware either.  And if you check the log its all lan led error

  @Dast Where can I see the logs? Is that in the app or only via the web interface?

  @TheMeerkats you can see it on the website interface on the advanced tab then system i think. Its not on the app

  @icruces Just had the same thing, happened this afternoon and again this evening, I searched for the release of the firmware and this post was at the top.

 

I've just rolled back to the last version I could find on the tp link site and we're up and running again now.

Relevant Information:

  •  Complete network topology, such as: ISP modem—router )))((( WiFi client devices.  Also, who is your ISP?
  •  The operation mode of the router(Router mode or Access Point mode?); The connection type(Dynamic IP or PPPOE?) Do you need a VLAN ID to set up the router?
  •  When the wired network drops, can the Wired client devices obtain IP addresses from the router normally?
  •  Please try pinging the router's LAN IP and test whether the router's DNS server can be resolved normally using the nslookup command. Please refer to How to use the Ping command
  •  If convenient, please provide your backup files: How to create and restore from a backup file on your TP-Link Router . This will help us better test and reproduce the unexpected behavior.
