Hi,

Firmware version 1.2.2 is now available for download from TP-Link's "Worldwide" website.

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/archer-be550/v1/#Firmware      (in case you get a pop-up asking you to "Go" to your regional website, then close it by clicking the X)

@woozle the 1.2.2 firmware version is the killer...

Any update for some fix?

@Joseph-TP OK I've done that as best I can, sent screenshots and all the information you wanted.

Router is fine now since rolling back to 1.2.1

Meh, I've just rolled mine back to 1.21 and turned auto update off.

I'll check it once a month or so to see when 1.2.3 is out.

It sounded like Mtr77 wants to try this version to see if the implemented fixes for the Samsung S24 Ultra are working for him.

As for the LAN problem, to me it looks like TP-Link are still in the process of determining what configuration settings the affected BE550 have in common.

Re:LAN connections broken after upgrading Firmware - Archer BE550-Solution

Hi All Users,

We have identified the cause of the unexpected behavior that occurred after updating the Archer BE550-v1 to firmware 1.2.2, resulting in wired client devices being unable to access the network even though they could still obtain IP addresses normally.

We have several feasible solutions for this; please choose the one that best suits your needs.

Solution 1: Enabling QoS can quickly restore network connectivity for wired devices. Please refer to How to set up QoS using TP-Link Wi-Fi router

Solution 2: Manually roll back the firmware to version 1.2.1: https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/archer-be550/v1/#Firmware. This solution has already been verified by our users @Chaswina and  @NMarco.

Our team will soon release a firmware update to address this unexpected behavior.

Thank you again for your feedback, kind understanding, and support!
