1. Double-check Power Saving Mode: Even though you mentioned it's disabled, please ensure that all your powerline adapters have Power Saving Mode turned off. 2. Test Adapter Placement: Temporarily move the problematic adapter (TL-WPA7617) closer to the main adapter (TL-PA7017P) in your apartment, ideally in the same room, to see if the connection stabilizes. This can help determine if it is related to the wiring or distance.

3. Direct Connection Test: Connect a device directly to your main router (bypassing the powerline network) to confirm that your internet connection from the router itself is stable. This will help isolate whether the problem is with the powerline adapters or your overall network.

4. Check Cables and Ports: Try using different Ethernet cables and ports for the problematic adapter and your client devices to rule out any cable or port faults.

Do you mean that only the newly added TL-WPA7617 experiences network disconnection problem? If it's a newly purchased unit, you can first exchange your unit with the retailer for a new one. Or contact local support for further assistance.
