I can’t get coverage
I have a deco AC1200 E4 , one connected to my router and the other at another room to spread the WiFi to the other rooms. Devices keep connecting to the one close to the router, so I can't get coverage. What should I do?

In Deco app, under WiFi Settings/Network/Advanced/Band uncheck 2.4GHz, which will make devices roam between Deco nodes faster:

@Alexandre.
Thanx for the suggestion but I ve done it already. As mentioned in the title, I can't get coverage. When one device (mobile) connects to the station close to the router and I move to the end of the house, it stays connected there and as I go further away it loses signal. It won't switch to the other station. Even when I go to the far end to deliberately connect to the next station, after a few minutes it automatically switches back to the remote one and loses signal. It was supposed to cover larger area, which it doesn't as long as it stays connected to the one station next to my router!

Hi, can I have the firmware version of the Deco E4?
Did the issue start recently?
Can I also have the model numbers of the mobile clients that can't connect to the satellite Deco E4?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.
