I just bought the above machine . I followed all set up instructions but suddenly it said it is offline and the green light remains steady. I am not able to map my house . What should I do?
Connect your phone to the same WiFi as the robot vacuum, disable celluar data and VPN (if any). Re-start the app and check whether the device is online under local control.
If the device only turns offline in remote control (e.g. when using cellular data), you may refer to the suggestions in this article, check case 2. Cannot use the Tapo app to control my smart devices
