Unable to select the light led strip. The lights aren't turning on, we are using our mobile data as our internet doesn't turn on till few days time but the app shows they were online still, just not lighting up. Please can someone help?
Please verify whether the light strip has successfully reconnected to the hotspot. It’s best to use a different mobile device (not the one providing the hotspot) to log into the Tapo app for this check.
