Main connected to modem via ethernet. Wifi on modem is disabled. I can get the main installed and configured. Can see devices around the house connected and Wifi works.

I can't get the satellites to connect at all. They will boot (yellow), then go red, blinking red and turn off, without ever showing in the app.

To resolve I have tried:

• Resetting all devices.
• Plugging in the satellite on a different floor
• Plugging in the satellite in the same room
• Plugging in the satellite next to the main.
• Installed latest firmware on all of them by connecting them to my pc with a cable.
• Factory reset the main, removed the network in the app, then set up a different unit as the main. Verified Wifi was working properly. Then tried connecting the factory reset unit as a satellite. Same result.
• Connected a satellite to the main using an ethernet cable.
• Connected a satellite to the modem using an ethernet cable.

I'm about to pack these up and return them, unless anyone has a clever idea?
