Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20250917 rel 48782 5553

I had no problems with my BE900 until I updated the firmware to 1.2.1. Now my firecube will not connect to the 6ghz band. It can see the band but says it is out of range. The firecube is 5 meters from the router in the same room.

My laptop connects ok to the BE900 via wifi 6E.

The 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz work ok.

I have already rebooted the router multiple times and also un-plugged the router to hard reset it but the problem persists.
