Archer firmware
Hello everyone. I have the latest firmware on my Archer be400 router - 1.1.2 Build 20251021 rel.27551(4555). A new update has been released - 1.2.3 Build 20260107 rel.48335. However, for some reason, the automatic update is not working, and it says that it is not possible to connect to the cloud server. There is no new firmware available for manual update on the official website. Where can I get it and how can I update it?

Hi,
1.2.3 is available on TP-Link's "Worldwide" webpage. (in case you get a pop-up asking you to "Go" to a regional website, then close it by clicking the "X")

Hello @parilla ,
As a supplement, please make sure that the Internet on your router is working properly.
Also, you can log in to the router's management page and manually change the DNS server settings.
