Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.2 Build 251022 Rel.144806

I just purchased two Tapo models.

1. RV20 Max Plus

2. RV30 Max

 

Please explain why after a post I read over two years ago as promised by Tapo they have still not brought out a cleaning agent for these models?

Who cleans floors only with water.👎

Absolutely shocking by Tapo.

Is the build of this range made of such poor and cheap quality?

They appear to disregard their own loyal customers.

The Tapo RV Max series robot vacuum is designed to use water only and does not support cleaning agents.

 

If you would like a robot vacuum that can be used with cleaning solution, you might consider the Tapo RV50 Pro Omni. This model includes a cleaning solution designed for hard floors.

Thanks so much for not answering my question 👎

If I wanted that model we would of spent £1500.09 as we would of needed two👎

It was a simple question but as stated Tapo just avoid an answer compared to other similar models and companies.

Very dissapointed.
