Model: Deco X50
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.8.0 Build 25102213 Rel.43970

I have an Advanced Parental Controls subscription.

The Parental Control Bedtime time restrictions have stopped working.

I have it set to 7:00 PM - 2:00 PM daily.

This used to work, but
I recently noticed that my child was using Wi-Fi without the Wi-Fi restrictions.

When it was working properly, it would become "blocked" at 7:00 PM,
restricting usage, but it is no longer restricted.

What I've confirmed
* System Time
It's in the expected time zone (Tokyo). The time is synchronized correctly.
* Offtime
Not set
* Time Limits
It's set to 2 hours.
(I expect it to become blocked after 7:00 PM even if it's set to less than 2 hours.)

Hi, welcome to the community.

Please make sure the controlled device is not using a private MAC address.

Have you tested adding one more devices into the same profile and testing whether other devices have the same issue?

Please also help me test whether "Block" this profile could stop the internet immediately.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
