For quite a few years I have been running 3 M5 units in my house alongside my Rogers router.  In the last week the M5 network is not connecting to the internet via it's wired connection to the Roger's router.  If I run the speed test on the Deco app, all seems fine, but not able to load pages in safari, and the Speedtest app fails.  Ping seem to take very long or fails. Wondering if there is a DNS problem.  Any ideas?

Hi, how about the firmware version on the Deco M5? Is the main Deco still solid green?

Did you set Deco into "Wireless Router" or "Access Point" mode?

-If it is in router mode, you can refer to this link to set the IPv4 DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4.
