I've been having some issues with my connection between my deco m4's.

Both units are connected over Ethernet and been connected like this for over 3 years now, however recently the connection started to slow down drastically.

When I connect the laptop through Ethernet to the main unit on a 2 meter cable I get close to 900Mbps/110Mbps but the moment I swap the cable to a 25 meter so that I can run it to the second unit I get only 89Mbpps/94Mbps.

Now, I would understand it if this was the case since the very beginning of me installing the Deco but it started only few months ago, and occasionally drops down to speeds close to 10Mbps/80Mbps.

Is there a power function on the Ethernet socket on deco or has it deteriorated over time? I know anything over 100m requires a boost but 25m should not and M4 should be more than capable to handle it.

Alos, I have changed cables, just bought a new 25m cable to make sure it's not the old one that is busted.

Any ideas what  happened?
