I have three plugs 2x p110 and 1x p105. 
suddenly all three have lost WiFi connection. There has been no update on either the plugs or WiFi. I have reset them and reinstalled the app, but the can't find my wireless router. When I enter it manually it still can't find it. Any suggestions?

Are the smart plug unable to detect all nearby Wi‑Fi networks, or just your home network? If it’s the latter, please check whether any recent router changes have made your Wi‑Fi incompatible with the plug’s requirements—for example, disabling 2.4 GHz and using only 5 GHz. You can refer to this article for more troubleshooting tips. What should I do if I fail to configure the Tapo Smart Plug?

 

If the smart plug cannot detect any Wi‑Fi network, try performing a factory reset. If the issue persists, the device may need to be replaced. You can contact the support team for further assistance. Contact Technical Support
