Hi

 

I have a system of X50 and X55s running a mesh network.

 

as far as I know all firmware and the deco app are up to date.

 

i have a nord VPN. It never worked great on the deco app but would eventually connect. 
 

however, now it is useless and has stopped working. It never connects at all. I gave re booted, reinstalled the wireguard settings, tried the openVPN setting with the uploaded configuration file but nothing works.

 

also, the app never quite connects properly and settings don't 'stick'. For example if you try to update the VPN server location it never saves it. Other app features never work such as the traffic usage never loads or the update feature never connects. 
 

is this a known issue, can anyone help please?

How to submit Deco APP log

Together with the App log, please also include the following details:

  • A copy of the WireGuard VPN config file
  • A screenshot of the network map on the Deco App, such as:
  • It is also highly appreciated if you record a short video clip about how the Deco App behaves. (You could add a private YouTube Video if the file is too large.)
