Hi,

 

I am running my Deco X50-5G in bridge-mode as a single device (modem) only. 

From time to time (appr. 7 days) the Internet stops working and the Deco can no longer be accessed via app. After a restart, everything works fine again.

Any ideas what i could change to resolve this issue?

Hi, would there be any error message on the Deco App when "the Deco can no longer be accessed via the App"?

When Deco X50-5G is in Bridge mode, its WiFi is reserved for App management and has no internet connection, even when Deco X50-5G is online. You might need to make sure the mobile phone is connected to this WiFi without other network connections (such as mobile data/VPN).

 

May I know your SIM ISP?

Have you ever tried to access the web admin UI of X50-5G via a wired laptop to check the current 5G status when internet failed such as:
