Good evening, I recently purchased an Archer MR600 router, and with only 4 devices connected, when I request the console with tplinkmodem.net, it says unavailable. If I turn it off and on again, the console starts. Please note, the router has already been updated with the latest firmware version, which I'm attaching. I'm desperate; every time I turn it off and on again, I have to turn it back on. Furthermore, despite having configured 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, some devices don't connect, such as the Shelly Plus 1PM and an IMOU Ranger camera.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Have you tried to set the 2.4GHz channel to 11, channel width to 20Mhz, WPA2 only security, then check again whether the Shelly Plus 1PM and an IMOU Ranger camera can connect to the WiFi?

-If still not, would there be any error message?

-Do you mean power off/on the MR600? Or close then open tplinkmodem.net again?

 

May I know your SIM carrier?
