I want to know because I bought them and stopped using my old decoders and I thought I would have the same user experience. But it lacks several features such as device identification and channel selection. I thought I would gain by buying something newer, but that wasn't the case.

You are the keeper of the beta software is there any beta's for this model? Please advise :)

Hi, welcome to the community.

A new firmware 1.1.2 for Deco BE22 is planned to be released, and it has added Channel Selection.

Maybe you could wait for a while.
