Hi,

 

Hi have a home network with 2 XE75 and 2 P9.

The main router is a XE75, the other XE75 is connected by Wi-Fi, I have a P9 connected by ethernet and the other via PLC+Wi-Fi.

But my internet is very unstable, the main XE75, that is connected via ethernet cable to the ISP modem, is disconnecting very often e then the P9 that is connected via PLC is getting offline and I need to manually reboot to get connected again.

My connection with ISP is stable.

 

Someone have any idea how to improve the network stability?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Can I have the firmware versions on the Deco XE75 as well as the Deco P9?

Would the main Deco turn red during the disconnection?

 

It would be helpful if you save a screenshot of the IPV4 setting under Deco App>More>Internet Connection, and a copy of the web UI system log when the internet drops again.

(Please make sure the information is saved before rebooting any Decos.)

Hi David, The XE75's firmware 1.3.1 Build 20251023 Rel. 43624. The P9's firmware 1.3.0 Build 20250804 Rel. 58832. Yes, all Deco's turn red during the disconnection. I can't get the logs when the internet drop because when I reconnect to the Deco only have logs since the reboot. My IPV4 settings are: Type of internet connection: IP static IP address: 192.168.5.54 Mask: 255.255.255.0 Gateway: 192.168.5.1 Thanks for the help. BR
