I recently upgraded my ISP to 1000/1000 fiber and realised that my current Decos are bottlenecking this. So I want to buy a new Mesh router to use as primary. I've been looking at the BE65 and the XE75 Pro.

Any pointers or tips from the community before I randomly pick one? :)

Setup: I have a 300m2 house covered with 7 Decos (P7 and M5). Plus one in the separate garage. Have struggled with mesh network in the basement due to cement flooring but now have cable connection between primary and basement.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Do you have any 6GHz or WiFi 7-compatible devices? If yes, can I have their models?

Do you wish to improve the overall Wireless speed, or just need an extra Deco so that you could put it or one of the M5/P7 in the basement?

If most of the home clients are still below WiFi 6 and many of them are smart home 2.4GHz only devices, Deco XE75 Pro might be more cost-effective.
