Hi @ all,

I am trying to connect my new Archer AX72 Pro through an ONT to the Internet. Provider is Mnet in Germany (ISP cannot help, only supports their devices). I copied all settings from the previous wifi router (VX231v) - this one works without issues. I used all the same settings as before (PPPoE, username and password all the same), however the Archer can't connect. I identified that the only thing that is different is the fact that the VX231v has as DS Lite tunnel that I cannot find with the Archer. Is there a workaround for that?

Thanks in advance if anyone knows the solution.

Hi,

If your ISP uses DS-Lite, then you will need to use a router model that specifically supports DS-Lite. However, the Archer AX72 Pro doesn't.

A potential workaround would be to keep the VX231v connected to the ONT and then connect the AX72 Pro to one of the VX231v's LAN ports and use it as a secondary router.

Hello @MaxRnk

Please check whether you can connect to DS-Lite by installing the beta firmware on your AX72 Pro:
