Cannot get the mop mounts to attach to the vacuum. It's like the mount isn't long enough reach and connect via magnet.

Press the power button to turn on the robot vacuum, then the mop mount connector will automatically extend, then you can attach the mop mount. Did you turn on your device?

 

Alternatively, place the mop mounts into the designated slot on the cleaning tray. Then power on the robot vacuum, and send it to recharge by tapping the “Dock(Home)” button. As it docks to charge, it will automatically pick up and install the mop.
