I lost connectivity to my mesh yesterday. This morning, deco shows red. Reset unit and tried to re-setup as main unit. Unit pulsing blue, setup on the app, add new unit. Unit asks to connect to SSID TP-Link, but the unit is broadcasting SSID Deco_xxxx (last 4 digets of mac address). I cannot proceed past this point. Any ideas please?
Hi, if you reset the "main Deco", when setting it up again, you should select "+">"Create a Network".
(Please make sure other stallite Deco S4s are powered off when you re-configure the main Deco S4 on the Deco App.)
