It seems that MTU size conffiguration is only available when Deco X50-5G is set to Wireless router mode.
It'would be very useful to have this function even in mobile router mode since many ISP use different MTU size affecting performance.

May I know your mobile ISP? Have you already run into any issues that you think might be related to the MTU size?
The senior engineer explains that the default MTU on the Deco X50-5G is 1500, and it will also sync the MTU settings when initiating PDU Session Establishment to obtain an IP address from the mobile ISP.
