Do you mean that the plug does not respond when you try to reset it? Please make sure you follow the correct reset procedure: with the plug powered on, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds—you may hold it slightly longer, around 11–12 seconds, just to be safe.
If the plug still shows no response at all after the correct reset operation (i.e., its LED does not change in any way), unfortunately the device will need to be replaced. To claim warranty, please contact the retailer where you bought the device, or contact local TP-Link support.
