Model: EX511
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 0.7.0.3.0.0 v607e.0 Build 240930 Rel.11206n

Obrigado.

Hello @Luiz92 ,

Welcome to our community.

EX511 is a customized device specifically designed for local Service Providers. Its software is tailored to meet the unique requirements of these providers, ensuring alignment with their specific needs. Due to the specialized nature of the firmware on your device, our ability to provide troubleshooting may be limited.

We can certainly offer some troubleshooting tips that may help. Please consider the following:

Since your wired connection is working at full speed, this indicates the issue is specifically with the wireless connection. Let me provide you with comprehensive troubleshooting steps:

For Wi-Fi Instability and Freezing:
1. Router Placement: Make sure the router is properly placed in an open area instead of inside a cabinet or shelf.
2. Change Wi-Fi Channels: Log into the web interface (http://tplinkwifi.net), go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings, and try different Wi-Fi channels to avoid nearby interference.
3. Update Client Devices: Ensure the network adapter drivers, system, or firmware on your affected devices (phones, laptops, smart devices) are up to date.

For Slow Wi-Fi Download Speed:
1. Test Properly: When testing wireless speed, connect your phone/laptop to the high-speed network (5GHz) instead of 2.4GHz. To reach maximum throughput, place the device next to the router during testing. Use https://www.speedtest.net for accurate results.
2. Disable QoS: Go to Advanced > QoS in the web interface and make sure QoS is disabled.
3. Optimize 5GHz Settings: Go to Advanced > Wireless Settings and change the 5GHz Wi-Fi channel. Test different channels to find the best one for your environment.
4. Try Different Speed Test Servers: Speedtest by Ookla allows you to select different servers • try other servers as some may provide better speeds.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, we recommend contacting your Service Provider who supplied the device or local support, as they are best suited to provide the necessary assistance for your device.
