I have the Deco M4R

 

for the last 2 weeks 2 of my deco keep disconnecting and constantly showing as offline. My main deco stays online. One of the deco I have disconnect notifications and the amount of messages and space between messages some days is only a few minutes. 
 

it's driving me mad as before the 2 weeks the deco has never given me issues. But now it's making me consider either getting a whole new mesh system via upgrade and spending near £600 or leaving Tp-link and going with another brand. 
 

I downloaded the logs from the deco but not sure really what the issue is.

 

i did have a warning when I went into the deco app about the Wan and abnornal speeds.

 

If I uploaded the log please can someone help me?

  @Markd1987 welcome to the community.

How about the LED status on the satellite Deco units? Would they turn flashing red during the disconnection?

Are the satellite Deco units connected to the main Deco via WiFi Backhaul or Ethernet Backhaul?

There was feedback that users reported satellite Deco units are green and actually working well, but the Deco App keeps reporting offline. I wonder whether you might have the same case.

so I have looked previously when I saw them going offline and checked the other Deco units and they do show the red light. They are connected to each other by WiFi but never had a problem before. 
 

I think the deco units do also report as offline but are green lights on units. But this has been for last 2 weeks so not sure if it was a firmware update but they are online at times as I checked my NVR through its app and it was connected even though the deco was reporting offline.
