Firmware Version: 1.2.3 build 20240724 Rel. 28307

Our router keeps disconnecting from the internet. Sometimes a restart of the modem and decos gets it going again and sometimes we have to just give it time. We had an engineer come out who tested the line and said the modem and line are working fine. The Deco mesh worked fine until a few months ago.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Would the main Deco PX50 turn red during the disconnection?

How often would Deco PX50 usually drop out?

If possible, it is recommended to check the IPV4 settings on the Deco App>More>Internet Connection to see whether the IPV4 address turned to 0.0.0.0, and save a copy of he web UI system log: Deco Web Management UI Overview
