Having difficulty since changing broadband provider. Have disconnected camera from the app. Taken camera inside. It won't power down. Won't reset. Keeps alarming that someone has tried to steal it for lack of a better description. Have held the reset button several times for ages. Tried holding power button. Simply won't turn off. App can't connect to it either. So frustrated
