The remote unit connected wirelessly started dropping out about a week ago and go between solid green and then flashing red. It coincided with my installing zigbee mesh networks which operates on 2.4 also but i have cheked and the channels are not conflicting. Eventually I factory rebooted Deco and then could not get it to connect again. I find it but then fails to pair. Managed to get it to pair wired but as soon as I disconnect, it fails to connect over wireless.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Are all Deco units in the Mesh network Deco X50? Would there be other Mesh models in the network? 

Can I also have some screenshots of the network map and Mesh Backhaul types on the Deco App, such as:

  @David-TP thanks for reply. All Decos are x50.  Have the mmain router supplied by ISP that is different no name brand.

Hi, have you tried to swap the location of these two satellite Deco X50s to see whether the disconnection always follows the same unit?

 

By the way, did you set Deco X50 into "Wireless Router" or "Access Point" mode?
