Hello there, i have an issue about deco showing offline at the apps when i connect it to my mikrotik routerboard in AP mode.

Internet Connection Good,Led Lights Green. so when i need to monitor the deco on the apps its offline, but if i switch it to Router Mode seems normal and online in the apps

Hi, can I have the firmware version of the Deco X10?

Have you configured any access control rules on the Mikrotik router?

  @David-TP already configured then acess control, and also sometimes seems normal and suddenly shows offline in decp Apps

firmware : 1.4.0 Build 20251222 Rel. 45343

Hi, thanks for the update.

I thought maybe certain Access Control or DNS filtering settings might block the Cloud interaction between the Deco App and the server. Have you tried to temporatily disabled these advanced settings to see what happened?

 

By the way, did the "Official Issue" occur to all Deco X10s or just the satellite Deco X10s?

How often would the Deco X10 turn "offline" on the Deco App?

Would a manual restart help Deco temporarily get back online?
