New features request
Hi developers,
I have noticed that I can't set the 5G network password separately.
is it possible to make it so that the password for the 5G network is set separately?
This is because the parental control doesn't work for the 5G network and somehow or other, the devices can force a connection when I didn't enable the 5G network.
or
enable parental control to work when on the 5G network as well.
additionally, I'd like to request an option to ban a domain outside of parental control.
thanks.

@Dsooj Hi, welcome to the community.
Parental Control should work on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
May I know how you found out the Parental Control no longer works when devices switch to 5GHz WiFi?
Currently, under the same Network, we can't set a different password for 5GHz separately unless you set the Main WiFi network to be 5GHz only, then enable the Guest Network or IOT Network for 2.4GHz only with another SSID and password.
As for "ban a domain outside of parental control", have you tried adding "Blocked websites"?
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

As far as I know parental controls "should" work on the 5 GHz band
Would you mind referring to this link to submit the Deco App log
Am I wrong on this? This sounds like a bug with the parental controls.

Hi, yes, "Private Address" is also the first that comes to mind. Deco uses the same SSID and password for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, and it is quite unexpected for the clients to change the MAC address when roaming between 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
Best regards.
