Welcome to TP-Link community! For the Tapo C510W, you can reset the camera to factory default settings using the reset function on the device.

Please note that a factory reset will remove all current settings, including Wi‑Fi configuration and account binding, and the camera will need to be set up again in the Tapo app afterward.
