Hello,
Welcome to the community, and thank you for describing the situation so clearly.
To better understand what’s happening, we’d like to first confirm the exact scenario in which the issue occurs. Could you please let us know whether:
- The first three cameras show as offline as soon as your phone disconnects from the Wi‑Fi network where those three cameras are installed, or
- The issue only started after you added the fourth camera at the other property, regardless of which Wi‑Fi network your phone is connected to.
If the cameras appear offline only when your phone is no longer connected to their local Wi‑Fi network, this is usually related to a local‑only connection issue, where the cameras are not successfully connecting to the internet for remote access. In this case, we recommend following the troubleshooting guidance outlined here: https://www.tapo.com/faq/68/
If the problem persists after going through the suggested checks, or if the offline behavior occurs even when the cameras are connected to the internet, we kindly recommend contacting your local TP‑Link support team so they can perform a more detailed investigation: https://www.tp-link.com/support/contact-technical-support/#Hotline-Support
Best Regards
