Hi, it would be very helpful if you could add more details about "which password" you want to retrieve.
The default web admin UI managed password is admin, and the default WiFi password is the 8 characters on the product label.
If you ever changed them before and didn't remember them now, you can run a factory reset by holding the reset pinhole until all the LED lights turn on, then off.
