I fail to understand how to migrate magnet sensors and the button from the H100 to the H500

it keeps on failing the migration

anyone that can help,... would be much appr

Please ensure both hub's firmware is updated.

What devices (model) do you have on the Tapo H100? Can you share a screenshot of the error?
